Order Shipment and Tracking:
Orders are processed daily, and usually ship within 24 hours. Many items ship with UPS, but large items ship with less-than-truckload carriers. They will contact to arrange delivery within a few days. We have warehouses across the nation to quickly get your item to you!
We'll email you the tracking info once your order ships, usually in 1-2 days. If you don't get it in six days, please contact us via our Contact form.

Special order items, clearance sale items, electrical items, or items that are specifically marked as non-returnable are NOT returnable and NOT refundable.

All non-defective items will incur a 10% restocking/handling fee.

This is the 2023 replacement for basement Coleman Mach units. Newest model number is 46515-611, but it replaces all past units such as the 46515-011, 46515-811 and 6535 models.

The Two Ton PLUS™ Central Air Conditioner "Basement Heatpump". You won't see it on your RV, because this alternative to rooftop air conditioners installs completely out of sight on or underneath the floor of your RV. You can customize the installation to locate the unit where it works best in your particular RV application, and can also tailor the air distribution system to fit your design requirements. It also contributes to a lower center of gravity, enhancing the overall stability of the vehicle. The Two Ton PLUS. is unique because it utilizes two compressors in a single, self-contained package. When cooling requirements are moderate, it uses only one compressor. When additional cooling is needed, you get the additional benefit of a second compressor. The Two Ton PLUS(™) is unique because it features two 13,500 BTU compressors in a single packaged unit. It automatically cycles on one or both compressors, as required, to meet your air conditioning or heating needs. In the heating mode, the Two Ton PLUS(™) uses electricity to provide heat when temperatures are moderate.

Purchased a brand new basement air unit and after it was properly installed it wouldn’t cool. Called and spoke to a tech and went through all the proper tests and channels only to have to take our motor home to one of the certified shops who was able to fix it after waiting a week due to the schedule.
They tested everything and and it was properly installed. They pulled the unit and removed the top and found the the outside fan motor was not plugged in.
I guess they don’t test these unit at the factory. So much for quality and quality control. This is what you get for $4,000. A real shame!
Unit was shipped and received in 5 days . A/C was well packaged for shipping and install was a breeze.
