Return or Exchange:

Any item that has been INSTALLED cannot be returned, and needs to be handled as a manufacturer warranty case. Contact the manufacturer directly to start a warranty claim.

Any warranty is handled and processed through the manufacturer. Contact them at the numbers above or see info in your owners manual. Note: Service performed by non-authorized service personnel may void all warranty rights.

Special order items, clearance sale items, electrical items, or items that are specifically marked as non-returnable are NOT returnable and NOT refundable.

Returns of unopened or unused items are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated on the item page.

All non-defective items will incur a 10% restocking/handling fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What is the amp draw of the 9200 btu unit from Coleman with the ac only?
- Ampere Rating: 9 Amp for the 9200 Cub Ac only
How long do these take to arrive?

Usually, these are put on a truck within 12-24 hours, and the shippers can take 3-5 business day before calling you to arrange delivery.
If the original unit has a heatpump is it necessary to replace it with one that has a heatpump?

It is recommended to check with Coleman Tech Support before changing features to confirm that your existing control boards will work with your new set up. Coleman Mach may be reached here: 574-247-9235
If you get the unit without the condensate pump does the unit still remove condensation

For units without a condensate pump: The condensation drips onto an internal drainpan, and then leaves the unit through a small drain hole on to the rooftop. Then it can evaporate as normal.

For units with a condensate pump: The condensation is gathered and pumped down a drain tube (which is often ran internally within the vehicle, to a drain out the bottom of the RV)

Not very cold

Packaging was great, and the install went well. The new unit just doesn't blow cold air. I am only seeing a 12 degree F drop from intake to output.

So far so good

The Coleman ac works great. We hope it out lasts the same unit that was installed on a brand new camper three years ago this September. I would really like to complement On-Line RV for shipping an undamaged unit with an excellent shipper, R and L. The unit arrived looking fresh from the factory. The driver carefully helped unload it and provided excellent communication leading up to the delivery.
